How do you use shungite stones to make shungite water?
- First rinse the stones until water runs clear. (shungite is messy and there can be powder residue that should be rinsed away before use)
- Then put the shungite stones at the bottom of a glass or ceramic water pitcher – Use 100 – 150 grams for each litre of water or 4 oz of shungite in 34 oz of water.
- After 24 – 72 hours the water will be ready for use
* For best results, you should expose the shungite stones under sunlight every month and replace them every 6 months.
UPDATE: we actually clean every shungite stone in-house before packaging them so that it is not messy.
Benefits and usage:
Water infused with shungite becomes a colloidal solution of hydrated fullerenes. It is recommended to drink at least 2 – 3 glasses of shungite water a day.

Shungite stones are as described and come nicely packaged. My roommate and I drink a glass of shungite water each morning, we honestly feel the difference, placebo effect? Instructions are included and simple to follow. I would recommend and would buy these stones.

I did not like not being able to avoid the black residue no matter how many times I rinsed and rubbed. I’m sure there’s a way, but I haven’t had time to investigate ♥️
